REDEMPTION

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Every purchase in quantum of S$100.00 on a single receipt / invoice entitles the customer to 10 VALUES PLUS Points 2023.
   Example:
   S$100.00 to S$199.99 = 10 VALUES PLUS Points 2023
   S$200.00 to S$299.99 = 20 VALUES PLUS Points 2023
   S$300.00 to S$399.99 = 30 VALUES PLUS Points 2023
2. VALUES PLUS Points 2023 are issued as vouchers and are strictly non-transferrable to cash.
3. VALUES PLUS Points 2023 have to be presented upon redemption of gifts.
4. VALUES PLUS Points 2023 are valid until 31 January 2024.
5. All redemption of VALUES PLUS Points 2023 must be completed by 29 February 2024. Late redemptions will not be accepted.
6. Defaced or damaged VALUES PLUS Points 2023 are invalid. VALUES PLUS Points 2023 without the signature of authorized personnel and company stamp of Boon Lay Stationery Pte Ltd will also be deemed invalid.
7. Redemption of VALUES PLUS Points 2023 for gifts is subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations are strictly not allowed.
8. A minimum period of 14 working days should be allowed to process a redemption request. Redemption can be self-collected at Boon Lay Stationery or delivered with the next order. Otherwise, $10 Delivery Fee will be applied (before GST).
9. Boon Lay Stationery Pte Ltd reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to vary the VALUES PLUS Points 2023 Programme or substitute any gift with another similar value.
10. Boon Lay Stationery Pte Ltd reserves the right to decide on all matters relating to the VALUES PLUS Points 2023 programme. All decisions made are deemed final and binding.
11. If VALUES PLUS Points 2023 has been issued for any order that has been cancelled, returned, refunded or exchanged will be adjusted and/or voided.
12. Boon Lay Stationery Pte Ltd reserves the right to decide on all matters relating to the VALUES PLUS Points 2023 programme. All decisions made are deemed final and binding.
